Mr. Scott Wolfe, an assistant principle I might add, put all of that together. Scott is a great asset to dirt racing in this area and does a great job as PR director at K-C Raceway.

He did a fantastic job putting this website together. I recognized some pictures of Frazier in the 21 Ford Mustang. This is the only Ford I believe that has ever won a Track Championship at K-C in the Late Model Division. It was 1977 when he won this championship. His car owner was Jr. Watts from Jackson,Ohio. Skip Watterman may have run Fords when he won the Late Model Championship in 89 and 90 but I am not for sure. I think he switched over to Chevy before this time.
