We go to Bloom Lake in South Webster. Well, my crew goes, I pack snacks and do crosswords. Although I don't think we went once last summer because it was just too hot and dry.

I didnt go last year either, but im planning on it this year. I go to Hickery Grove in Winchester Ohio, if you want to see some big cats thats the place to go. They have a weekly contest and it takes around a 60 pounder to get 4th place.

Its on 32 between Portsmouth and Cincy got to route 136 turn south off 32 its less than a mile to the lake. I can get there in about 50 to 60 mins.. from Portsmouth. I stoped down there last year whill heading to the Bass pro shop and they had a 86 pounder in 1st, 84 in second, 77 in third, and a 61 in fourth, for the week. while we was there a guy caught one 57 pounds.

I think its around 9 bucks plus you can enter in the jars for a dollar or 2 each. They have 3 fish in the lakes over 100 pounds. Theres a jar you put a dollar in and you can win big with one of them. They guy who owns the lake also owns a fish truck, he goes to Mississippi and other places to get fish. He sells the under 50 to other pay lakes around here, but keeps all the monsters for his place.

I have been to Paradise 4 times, and not caught anything. The funny thing is nobody else did either while I was there. But they always have some nice pic of fish that they say is in there, and they may be we just didnt get to see any. My Cousion lives up there and says he does good there.

I enjoy fishing at pay lakes. My husband puts the bait on, I caste the line, I catch the fish, and he takes them off the hook. I usually catch more fish than him, he says it is because he to busy helping me.
