Me too dude! I love that spring white bass run and the fall sauger and white bass in the fall. Can't beat it when you can catch it right. Sadly, the last few years, April has been ruined due to high water but..I'm hoping that this coming one will be a good 'un!

Re: favorite place to fish?
Buckeye lake has to be one of the worst places to fish that i have ever seen.
Re: favorite place to fish?
Well that depends on what u r fishing for i usally catch around 25 to 50 channel cats every time i go there not to many bass though
Re: favorite place to fish?
I caught a few small bass there, the prob I had was one public boat ramp and 150 boats we waited in line for over 2 hours to load the boat. One guy was tring to load a sail boat and the wind kept blowing it sideways. I left there and said never again.

Somebody told me that they drained Lake White a couple of years ago. Is that true? And if they did, did they restock it afterwards?

Re: favorite place to fish?
i went down to the lock n dam yesterday night well crap no saturday night.. and fished from 9 to 3 am and only caught 1 catfish i thought for sure i had lost all skillzzz lol.
but true storie i was setting there and i watched my line come all the way to the bank and it started towards the dam when i pulled down river to set my hook i knew i was in for a fight so the fish shot down the river and snapped my line like it was nothing woulda beeen a good fish..
