Is KC raceway closing?
I was just on KC's website and didn't see a 2009 schedule. Are they done for good?

Rumor is that KC is not running a 2009 season, also heard that it may be going up for sale.

Too much competition for them between PRP and Rocktop I guess. Its a good track for the Columbus area drivers to come down too, but look at all of the modified and late model drivers in the Scioto, Lawrence, Greenup, Carter county areas. Too long of a haul for them when there is a track closer to home.

KC was doing fine with car counts,fans,etc. The only problem was Neir did not want to race every weekend. It is a shame,I hope someone buys it and continues to have races there.One of the more "racy"tracks you will go to.
