Hey guys been a while since i have posted at all. life moves fast.

so yea my topic is yellow root. I live in jackson county in a small town called ray. i know a few good spots to find it but was wondering any 1 else know where i could go to dig this stuff at?

what about black cohosh any idea's?

but great for heartburn, hiatel hernia's, and acid reflux. deer eat it, for upset stomach.my late uncle garland used to keep me in it, before i had insurance . no kidding.i'd keep a piece in aluminum foil. it tums or rolaids did not work. i'd bite off a piece and chew it up. it's rough. but works.
