Boat Winterization, Do It Yourself or Take It To Shop?
I am curious to see what the group here does? So how about it? You do the work yourself or do you take to the shop? Or, do you even winterize your boat?

Mine stays in a heated shop all winter. No winterization here!

I wished I had that. Heck, it would be neat to have a garage just to completely polish the thing up in. It's hard trying to wash n' wax it when I don't even have shade. It's a job keeping that thing shinny!
Anyway, I took mine back up to Lavalette again this year. They fixed my trolling motor there then too. It had a broken bushing inside it and wouldn't steer properly or the cable acted as if it was slipping, which it was because of that bushing.
