That is an impressive margin regardless.

Piketon/Ironton could happen in the district semis(a round too early IMO).....the winner, along with North Adams will battle for a state berth.

No, Piketon is not that good. According to WXZQ, the Streaks outshot the Vikings 49% (24/49) to 36% (12/34), outrebounded them by about 12 or so, and forced 21 turnovers (had 14 themselves.) They are now 16-2, but like I said, they are not that good.

to be honest vc played their worste game of the season...but piketon didnt look like anything special....im going to be honest and mark my words! piketon wont make it past te first round of districts..they are solid.. and some what athletic but basketball players their short on.....vc gave the gaem away only score 3 points in the second quarter....this is cimpletly off topic but last years vc team would have ran piketon off the court!!!!.....piketon playhers were cocky and the fans showed no class.....last year when our team got pissed we dropped 100 both times....piketon needs to take a page from the vc people an show some class.. and they need to teach their players that being humble will get u far...

Both I think Piketon has a nice team. This was the ugliest game I have seen the Vikings play in a long time.It hurt not having Prater but these boys can play alot better than what they did tonight,case and point last night.Tonight they didnt play defense (the man to man early was a great idea)lol! Only two or three guys were boxing out so our rebounding sucked. On offense we never went inside we just passed it around outside the three point line.Last time I checked games are still won in the paint,but not all players believe that they just care about scoring.Oh well its just a game the sun will still come up tomorrow and Coach will be getting them ready for tuesday.

wow!!! sounds like some is just mad that their team just got blew out. Piketon is a good team, and for piketon players to be not classy, please tell me when that was. no one from either team ran their mouths the whole night. so dont know what your talking about their.and piketons fans not being classy for chanting defense, wow i think every fan from any school does that. but all in all piketon played good defense and that led to their offense. vc just couldnt handle the pressure.

The end of the game when the kid launches that shot if a viking player done that he wouldnt see the court again for awhile,but the Vikings are used to winning so they know how to handle it. We however are not used to losing so we might not handle that as well.LoL
