I think it would be the best fit. Shoemaker is dedicated to a program, and that is TOP to BOTTOM. I've spoke to many falcon fans, this is what is wanted, hopefully Shoemaker is the guy.

With them putting an ad in the paper, I bet they will get some high quality applicants. Joe the plumber could apply now...Maybe Minford does not know that there is an Ohio basketball coaches website where Varsity coaching jobs can be posted for the whole state to see.

Are you referring to the OHSAA website? If so, than the Minford job IS posted, with the deadline for application being April 24th. I'd imagine by next week, we could have a wide variety and interesting list of applicants.

Does Josh want to coach or is he done? Heard he was working on his Master's.

I know as an eyewitness how hard Josh Shoemaker works to prepare for an opponent.........he has tremendous attention to detail, and his work ethic away from the games was absolutely tireless............

I personally told Josh the other day that I would like to see him get back into coaching.......he has the drive to be very successful.......and that many coaches started out young and inexperienced, but got better with time.......the same applies to Josh..........

Would just love to see Shoemaker at Minford.....however I'm a tad biased since his dad and I were good friends.

According to the PDT and Ohio School Coaches website, the last day to apply for this position was Friday April, 24th. That would lead one to speculate we could possibly have the position and other positions filled by late this week/early next. I believe Josh Shoemaker has applied.

What's going on out in muletown? Are teaching positions being sorted out? I keep hearing Josh Shoemaker, and sounds like that is what the Minford community wants. Maybe my senators will hire someone this year, I'm not banking on it though.
