Zane Trace can play and compete in this game, if they take care of the basketball and shoot well from the 3. #3 for Zane Trace could be a good potential matchup for Unger, since I believe he did a decent job of holding Blake Justice in check in the sectional final. Although 14-9, ZT was picked to finish around the top of the SVC, and seem to be peaking at the right time. Could be a interesting conest. I agree with you runner. This will be a very interesting test for NA. Last year they knocked the Pioneers out of the sectional final game after ZT had beaten Portsmouth.
Looking at ZT's schedule I don't think they really fear anyone.
I've seen them a few times and against my LE Braves and I wouldn't count them out , although its a big task.
I watched them and didnt realize they return 4 starters next year. OUCH.

Blake Justice is a very fine player but Kraig Unger is a completely different player and is capable of many things as he showed last night. If North Adams plays Saturday as they did last night it will be a long night for Zane Trace. North Adams by 8.

Boomer, couldn't agree more that Unger is a different player than Justice. Justice is a pure shooter but is only a sophomore and will mature more as a player over the next two years. As a senior, Unger stands at 6'4, is an all around player, the real deal. I don't see Haynes shutting him down, he makes stuff happen. NA has multiple threats and ZT can't hold them all. All I can say to Coach Young is PRESS, PRESS, PRESS... NA by 10.

you kiddin' me? there is no way NA wins by that much, ZT plays well as a team and are a scrappy bunch, they aren't gonna lay down and take this one they are gonna fight till the end and it will be a close game, maybe even an upset looming....

I realize Greendevils you are probably a young kid,or at least you talk like one,and your a devil fan all the way,but to say ZT hasnt played anyone as good as NA remains to be seen.If you dont consider Piketon a very good team,and maybe a better team than NA,or at least close to them,then you dont know much about basketball.Look at the ZT record and see the teams they have played.Please dont make so many stupid statements.

I can see NA winning this game, but ZT will not be a pushover. It seems ZT has peaked at the right time.. If you look at their schedule they have played and beaten some good teams. If ZT plays like they have been it will be a ballgame. But in the end coach D and the boys will make some more noise and come out on top...

This year I would have to say the SVC is much stronger than the SHL from top to bottom. Most years that probably isn't the case.
