Marietta comes back from a 29-17 deficit at half to take their first lead at 56-55 with just over a minute left. Coshocton's Andrew Mason, 14/14 at the line, misses his 15th to tie it late, but makes his 16th on the 2nd shot to tie it, then Marietta misses their last shot, a good open look, to send it to OT at 56. Marietta prevails in OT, 70-66.

Waverly has got to get away from man to man. They went into a 2-3 zone and went up 15 then back to man and almost blew the game.

Waverly has got to get away from man to man. They went into a 2-3 zone and went up 15 then back to man and almost blew the game.

Tigers break the two game skid with a crazy 75-73 win at home against West. Waverly hasn't played well lately but sit at 10-3. I said it after the game tonight, its not that often you win a game and don't feel real good about it. Travis sort of said the same thing on the radio interview and the kids in the locker room knew they it wasn't one of their best.

After a terrible first quarter that saw the Tigers trailing 19-16, they kicked into high gear and had the Senators gassed at the break. Tigers lead by 8 at 41-33. Waverly came out and built the lead to 15 at 50-35 with 5:38 to play in the 3rd. West called timeout and it was a game from there on out. Waverly only lead by 5 after three at 56-51.
Waverly lead by 6 with .37 ticks but couldn't seal it with FT's (missed 4) and then missed a layup with just a couple seconds left. West had a decent look at a 3/4 length heeve that was fairly close, would have won it for the Senators.
