Ouch. Chesapeake may be a good ball team, but if SV wants to be a contender for the SOC 1 championship they can't be letting even good Chesapeake team beat them by 30+. SV needs to step it up and get in shape.

Symmes Valley would have no chance against the Peake and anyone that knows the game knew this would be ugly. Not that SV is not a solid D4 team, but Peake would hammer most D3's around this season!

chesapeak is very good even if we play are best they still win by 10 also 1 key player for the vikings was not there which you can take 10 points off so that puts the win to 20 and you take away all the walks that chesapeak had and was not called thats another 10 points and the big player for sv only played half of the 1st qtr. as he picked up 2 fouls one of the calls was bad 2nd call was good thats another 5 points so for a scrimmage game rotating players like sv did and chesapeak did not sv showed alot of talent and on a real game with chesapeak at sv,the vikings would give them all the want but like i said chesapeak is very talented in every position and would still win by 10 or less.lets beat oakhill

The Vikings did have one of their big boys out sick. That said, no SOC1 team is going to give the Peak a run for their money this year. They are good, very good, plus as a bonus they had their traveling ref with them too. On away games he drives the bus and then calls the game like he did in softball. LOL Just kidding???????

Here is the problem with trying to play chesapeake. If you play zone the guards kill you with accurate three pointers which draws you out to try and stop it. When you spread out, the big guys underneath do their job, and do it very good . Hard to beat a balanced agressive offense, and they have one.

Fuller should be back.....I heard they had a good group of boys coming up and the last thing they need is to start switching coaches everytime some parents little superstar don't get playing time. I personally liked what i seen out of him last year.

How come the big tall kid doesn't play much, in D4 a kid that size could really help a team?

alot of ppl following coach carpenter on here did any of you play for him i did ... we never ran in practice at all and had no conditioning... we started out 7-0 my sr season because we had twice as much talant as anyone we played anyone in the area as far as that goes except maybe chesapeak that year ... so our 8th game we played chesapeake and got beat by 30 it was on a saturday.. on tuesday we played green with half the talant as us and on monday in practice we had pizza and got beat by 20 to green on tuesday lol...the talant coach carpenter had was unbelievable .... thats why his record was so good .... my grandma could have won the same amount of games .... i really like coach carpenter alot ... great guy .... but trust me none of those wins was because of good coaching.... not saying weather sv new coach fuller is the answer or not i just know that im sure its different in practice.... could be why there is players quiting
