Trimbles football team did make it a long way in the playoffs so that's a good thing to brag on. I can't wait til Eastern beats them down Friday, maybe they will complain about their own refs.

-At the begining of the year they start on how dominating they will be (recruits,staff,etc.)
-As the season progresses they've been scewed by refs time and time again, the other team gets lucky, and so on.
-Towards the end of the season they state how teams better get ready for a "beat down" in football

*And I have heard countless times, the words... "like we did in football"

As a neutral observer, it is funny to see posters from other schools rip on the officials at Trimble. Then in the same post talk about how Trimble people always complain about the officials. This usually comes from Southern, but now it looks like Eastern is joining in the fun. It is also entertaining to see how excited the other Hocking division teams get when they think they can beat Trimble in anything. Not so much FH, but some of the others seem to. Again, especially Southern and recently Eastern. That is just what I am seeing from the outside.

which trimble poster said anything on here about dominating in basketball. i havent seen it. tomcatfan is an eastern person and he is the only one i have seen saying that on here. i havent seen any trimble people on here complaining about refs this year either. no one said a word about refs at fed hock. only people from eastern complaining about refs. as for football, that is a yearly thing. eastern and southern havent beaten trimble since before i was in first grade in football. at least that i remember. so that is why we always say get ready for the annual beat down in football.

u 2 eastern people brought up football. i just resoponded to what you said. talking basketball, eastern should win this game. i hope they dont, but they probably will. and i will probably complain about the refs cause our ad seems bent on hiring the worst ones he can find. not saying they screw trimble either. they are just bad. so get ready to see some of the worst u will see all year. not cheating, just bad.

I was told one of you people on here said I would be on here making excuses. Your are wrong. Trimble is getting just what they asked for. They got rid of one of the finest, most honest hard working coaches they ever had. He had the program set for a great team this year. They did not treat him right so he left. Then they go and get destroyed in their first two games. You could have had a great season, but you chose to run off the rock of the program. Good luck.

It probably is now. But it didn't have to be that way. You had a great coach that had the boys motivated. But he has moved on to bigger and better things. Maybe that is what the powers that be had in mind? Get rid of the best coach in the district cause he is not a football coach?

I don't think the refs are scared of a 5'3" coach.

It really embarrases me to be from eastern sometimes during the games when our eagle fans cry about the refs not bowing down to howies stomps. Really reminds me too much of southern fans from back in the day...

Reedsville will beat Trimble easily. I heard Eastern Pike beat them easily in a scrimmage. Howie will be resting his tropps in the fourth quarter.

As i said before getting rid of coach koons was the best thing that ever happened for trimble and u put he is the most honest man yea cause he is your husband he was the biggest liar and he would get mad and set on the bench while the boys coached ther self give coach more time he will have the basketball program the way it should be.

This just in: The game has been postponed due to the fear Trimble has of the Howie stomp. It has been reported that Howie intends to file a class action lawsuit against the Trimble board of education if there is no carpet laid in the visiting team coaching box to soften the impact of his shoe hitting the floor. Apparently Howies bunions are in an uproar and he suffers great pain when he stomps on a normal wooden basketball court. More on this later...
