Estern will be pretty good with almost everyone returning this year,don't look for SG to be very good early but should improve as the year goes on.

Agreed South Gallia will improve throughout the year. This may or may not be due to the fact that their schedule gets weaker, with more Christian schools and WV schools on there later in the year.
