Meigs lost this one. They were down a about 15 with about 1:30 to go an pulled back within 5-6...if meigs could play like that the whole game...they would be hard to beat.
Also Cameron Bolin is a big missing piece. He by far is the tallest on the team and can get boards left and right...while also being able to shoot the ball. With him out and anytime Jesse gets in foul trouble...meigs has trouble defending down low.

If that 6-9 and 6-7 guy wouldn't have went back to NY City it may have gotten Meigs a win. Good game nonetheless.Meigs kept batteling back the entire game. Final Belpre 60 Meigs 53

I wish Belpre could shoot their foul shots like Meigs did tonight, they blistered the nets.

Congrats to the Eagles on a 3-0 start.

LETS GO EAGLES!!!

Tate led the Eagles with 26 points and 7 assist while Sims chipped in with 22 points and a whole boatload of rebounds. Sharing the basketball has been no problem for this team as the 3 starting guards (Tate 7, Parsons 7, Waderker 6) had an outstanding 20 assist.

I think you might want to double check your stat keeper. If you had 27 assists, that would account for at least 54 points. According to the paper, Belpre made 5 FT's and 5 threes. Mathematically that just doesn't add up, even if there was an assist on every score, which was not the case.

I think he said 20 assists. Tate had 7 which were already included in the 20 total. Thats at minimum 40 points. Belpre had 60 total..so id say the numbers are pretty close.
