I just hope the father-son matchup produces another great game this time. That last game was fun to watch....

I sure hope son kicks pop's butt this time. I use to like reading about how it was 7 or 8 in a row that the old man went down to his boy. Those posts always led to the old timers from Southern getting on here and bragging about all the almost championships they had 30 years ago. Sure was good for some laughs and was a good reflection of the state of Southern athletics.

As far as TVC championships? I think I read on another thread that Southern is the only one who can say that.

GUYS, GUYS, GUYS...!!!! It is well documented that Southern has/can not win a TVC crown. All we play for are sectional titles where all we have to do is beat Symmes Valley or South Gallia and then we hang banners on the wall!

It is not hard to figure out Motivator that Howard Cosell is one of your many names. After reading all your posts not just about Southern but every topic I noticed you try to start an arguement with someone or have something negative to say. Just go back and look at all your posts and count how many times you had something non arguementive to say. Wow is all I can say.

I as i remember that southern & eastern was in the svac at that time 30 years ago, not the tri valley conference when southern has all their titles.

Coming from someone who clearly has at least 5 monikers on here, and who argues with everyone coming and going, including him/herself at times, this is clearly one of the most comical posts I have read in quite some time. But really cg the only people I argue with are those who fail to come to grips with reality. Those who can not just simply read, but who can also understand my prose are aware of that.

I would really like to see Southern score into the high 90's, then stall so that they do not reach triple digits. That would send a message to Mr. Close that, "yes we could have broken the century barrier also, but chose not to in an attempt to show some class." I am sure he would not understand the message though.
