The only thing that would have made this game more interesting is if it was being played in Racine.

Southern just played around it seemed the second half. Were up as much as 21 in the 3rd. Passed the ball for along time in the 4th.
I guess maybe telling Waterfurd folks this is how you hold a score down on a lesser opponent. Score was 63-53 maybe?
WaterFurd does have a good looking reserve team.

Re: Sotuhern vs Waterford 1/29/10
I gathered that after reading the write up in the Daily Sentinel today.
The heading for this thread lead me to believe that it was up in H2OFord, as the home team is typically listed last in a "versus" phrase. My bad.
After reading the right up, sounds like Southern just let up on the fourth quarter and the Wildcats got some momentum going. Didn't one of the kids from Waterford score 13 points in the fourth quarter alone? Evidently, the Wildcats didn't thrown in the towel after three quarters, which is a great sign for such a young team.
With another thread on here bad mouthing Coach Simms from Waterford, going into Racine and losing by about 10 shows progress for Waterford.

I feel like Southern is in a 3 qtr funk. They play 3 like great, and a 4th hurts them. I feel they'd beat Eastern had they played 4. Not meaning the actual "4th" quarter, but only 3 out the 4.
They led most of that game, but not at the right time.
