I'd REALLY like to see East take this one...but I think Manchester is just too big for East to handle...the Tartans will hitting on all cylinders to win...and the way they have been shooting lately...that's very possible. I'll have to say Hounds by 13.

Id like to pick East also. They handled green. Against a lot of other teams I would. But Manchesters size and how they are playing(taking down undefeated Peebles) right now just to much for the Tartans. Hounds by 15.

Don't over look east. Playing pretty scrappy right now. They are like a bad rash, just won't go away.

Dont really know much about the Greyhounds other then they are a good ball team, The Tartans are going to have to come out on fire, if they come out flat then the Greyhounds will run away with this one early! Also East MUST box out and take away second chance points. Prediction: East 63 Greyhounds 60 in OT

Could you post East's lineup and heights if you know them?

hmm...Blake Blevins(6'6"-6'7") for Manchester could be a load considering the height of the Tartans. Blevins pretty much owned the boards against a much smaller Peebles post tandem, this was probably the biggest factor in their upset of the Indians in yesterday's game. Not allowing offensive boards and easy post feeds could be the key to East winning this game.

I agree! East has had some trouble in past games allowing too many second chance points. But on the other hand they have had some games where they boxed out well and shut down taller players. The question is what East Team will show up this Game?

dylan hanson 6'2" or 3" 225+ pounds travis combs 6' 1" blake is not the only player the team yes hes the biggest player but this is team blake is not the only one on our team that can decide our i think think that if dawson little comes out and plays that manchester will dominate hes the reason for alot of blakes points
Re: Manchester vs East Sec. Final 3-2 @ Valley
Having just watched Clay play both Manchester and East, I will have to give the edge to the Greyhounds. They completely domintated the boards, especially on the offensive side against Clay. Their #34 crashed the boards hard every shot and at halftime they had 10 rebouds with 12 offensive, to Clays 12 (one offensive). Clay out rebounded East in both their matches, so I don't see East being a factor underneath. With that said, Manchester also managed to have someone out on the three point shooters and made it hard for Clay to get in a shooting rythym as well. So if East is going to shoot the lights out on the threes, they will have to do it off screens.
I hope the local SOC east boys can pull off an upset, but my pick is the hounds by 12.

If Manchester played like they did last night against the Indians I don't see any teams beating them until they get to Regionals so with that said I'll say the Hounds by 20.
