Guess we will never find out. He sure dosent "stomp all over" anyone when he plays at our open gyms. With the level of maturity you have shown in your last few comments it has made me lean toward believing you play for Manchester. I look forward to beating you twice this season. :122249

Setty(sp?) would just shoot all day and then drive in and dunk over the tallest players in the SHL(Cox,Blevins). As much as I would love for an SHL team to come close to beating MC. None of the teams would come within 30. This is unbiased too, as I am from Manchester. I'm tired and I dont feel like putting the other players from MC and it doesn't matter anyways. Because no one from the SHL can stop Setty(sp?).
Yes, you spelled it correctly. Maybe Manchester and Peebles would lose by 30.... but I think it would be a great test for both teams and I wouldnt let our imaginary odds stand in the way of scheduling them.

I agree with you. It would be a nice solid test for both teams. I would love to watch Manchester or Peebles play Mason County. Although it would never happen since Mason County would never play a couple of "inferior" teams. And yes thats what a few Mason County fans say about the SHL. Those fans think that Ohio teams are just inferior to the mighty KY teams. Even though most aren't. But Mason County is a little to awesome for an SHL team.

I have heard that Peebles and MC are actually working on a game. It might just be rumor but its been going around that if one of Mason County's games are canceled and not rescheduled then they would pick Peebles up this season. I dont think it would necissarily be a bad idea for them too play us....we did afterall win 21 games last season will being ranked 7th in the state for our division...and we did go to the district championship game in a state which has historically been much stronger when it comes to most major sports. Plus its not like they would be playing a team with no talent on the roster....we have a few kids who have the potential to make a college roster and as everyone knows Blake has already signed with a D1 school in a bigger conference than the school Treg signed to play for. So if they did beat us as badly as everyone thinks they would I dont think it would make their schedule appear any weaker than it did before.

from what i have heard mc has tried for years to get a game (scrimmage or regular season) with peebles. ky teams have no limit on the number of games they can play. peebles had an outstanding season and team last year but i find it sad that you feel you need to cut on other teams and players to build them up. congrats to blake for signing with a d1 school in a bigger conference than the school treg signed to play for. treg chose the school he liked best even though he had other offers. the bigger conference doesn't necessarily make the better team

congrats treg and blake :aaaaa41

Congrats Blake and Treg. Do good at the college level. I thought Blake signed a letter of intent. Which means hes not neccisarily going to Akron(right?). He could always go elsewhere. Anyways I havent heard any rumors of MC and Peebles. Which is wierd since I manage to stay on top of rumors. Guess it must of slipped my mind. Oh well.

I dont know why MC fans think Ohio teams are inferior. Remember when they played La Salle last year? Granted the SHL are small schools so it would probably be the equivalent of them playing Bracken County, but they would definitely put up a fight. Back when Adams County School District built the new schools there was small talk about combining all of them. That idea was far fetched however if it had happened i'm sure we would see a AC/MC game every year.

I was not purposely trying to "cut" anyone. Im very supportive of Treg's decision to go somewhere he feels comfortable with, and I still wish he was at Peebles, but when faced with this barrage of small school criticism I overreacted with a poor choice of words. I have never had a problem giving a great player their due and I was merely trying to defend my position on the talent level of a few of our players.

I can not remember Peebles ever adding a game during the regular season, we usually have enough trouble rescheduling games due to snow days. I also thought that there was a 20 game regular season limit in Ohio, however I may be wrong on that.

Peebles came out on top tonight in a foundation game at Georgetown by a score of 67-55. The Indians were led in scoring by Blake Justice with 30 followed by Jacob Daniels with 18-20pts and 13rebs. Georgetown's leading scorer was 6-4 senior Ben Cropper(not sure on the point total but I would guess in the mid 20s).

Greyhound, send your comments and scouting reports to the University of Akron coaching staff...I'm sure they would love to get your excellent analysis on a player of Justice's caliber
