As clichéd as it sounds, Waterford will need to bring their A game. Wellington is well coached, has height, sharp-hooting and experience.

There is a common opponent: Worthington Christian. Waterford lost to WC 48-67, whereas Wellington won 59-42.

I don't think the common opponent is indicative about these two teams' skill, but I do think Wellington will be pretty prepared for what Waterford will throw at them.

I'm thinking a 6 point game, Wellington.

Wellington's center is pretty good but Waterford has the advantage at every other position. Waterford should win this game and set-up an All-SE District Regional final.

Wellington won this regional last year, beating Africentric, and have quite a few players coming back from that team. I saw Waterford vs. Eastern Pike, and the Wildcats will have to D up harder than they did vs. the Eagles, as they gave up 72 points. Wellington must be wary of the perimeter game of Waterford, with several of their players capable of knocking down the 3 ball.
