Logan will be at Unioto Thursday night. Thanks for the support everyone. 3 weeks to home opener vs Bloom Carroll. Go Chiefs!
Have they come up with five starters yet

Logan Elm edged the Chiefs tonight 63/59

Logan really played a good game tonight.

I would say they could have won it if not for the 2nq.Rutter and the big boy Jessie set out about half of the 2ndq while Elm scored 20 points. The Chiefs won three of the four quarters and out scored Elm 39/34 in the 2nd half. Three times Logan came down the court with the chance to take the lead but turned the ball over and Elm scored on fast breaks.

I think Jessie had four blocks. The Webb, think that is his name, boy has a nice touch. He also can put the body on you too.

Don't know how tall Jessie is but he was about three inches taller then Elms tallest boy

I had the Chiefs shooting 23 of 42 on FG and 13 of 22 from the foul line

Logan Elm 20 of 39 from the field and 17 of 24 from the line

Chiefs had 20 turnovers to Elms 13

Logan had 22 fouls to Elms 21----only saw a couple of bad calls

I was looking at the same scheduling issue for Bloom Carroll. Because of gym floor renovations, they will play their first 7 (at least) games on the road this season. How does Logan look? I always look forward to this matchup every year.

From what I have read Bloom Carroll should be real good this year

BC has a chance to be extremely good, but we aren't quite there yet. Some defensive things will have to be taken care of before this team is considered to be a serious contender. Don't get me wrong, they are talented, but they have a freshman, 4 sophomores, 2 juniors, and 2 seniors in their top 9. We will go through some growing pains. This team also has a phenomenal work ethic, and they will physically and mentally wear you out when you try to guard them. Should be an interesting year!
