I didnt fire off anything. Just stating that Ashland has a good program. They may be down a little this year, I dont know. Never seen them. And like I said I dont care if they are good or bad. I just found it funny littlefoot thought the statement was so far off base. Never seen anyone with a stuttering problem while typing either....just saying.

Actually Kevin is right on the money. Ashland Paul Blazer is the WINNINGEST high school in Kentucky history! And tied for second in most state tourney championships with 4. So I wouldnt proclaim to know more than him if I were you without doing YOUR research first.

Ashland beat two of their other 3 opponents by about 40pts so it dosent really look like their in for a bad year.

Its tough to score 93 points in high school basketball regardless who you are playing... so i cant see ironton being too terrible this year...

Ashland is the 1st winningest team not 2nd big difference their last state title was in the 60's their last region title was in 02 so we can stop pumping the sunshine that they are a basketball jugernaut today.

Ashland beat two of the worse teams in the 16th region by more than 40 big deal Raceland 0-2 Fleming 1-2.What a stupid point to bring up.

Come on everybody knows Ironton is good that will go far but acting like beating Ashland with stater Cody Withrow sitting out was such a historical victory is BS.Ironton deserves more credit than that.

No one said anything about a historic victory. It is a very good opening performance though, there is no denying that. TO put up 93 points in your first game is a sign of great things to come.

If I remember correctly, in 2004 we beat Fairland 90 something to 40 something....remember what happened that year?
