:-D Gotta get there first. Still got two regular season games(if we win one we at least share the title with Manchester) and the sectional to worry about.

Yeah we do but even "IF" we don't I still love the games there and the sectional games. Great games are played that time of year.

Ironton awaits the one seed in the district semis, and they are very very dangerous if they dont have any sickness,so be careful what you wish for i'm quite sure coach Lisath will gladly let you have that one seed.

Indians have no chance at 1 seed Piketon plays bigger games through the year. Indians should be fine with the two seed. Indians definetly have what it takes to go a long way if they can put it all together on the same night. Sounded like Jake had a great all around game last night. The indians are going to need that from him in the tourney.

Great night of high school basketball. Trent and Jake both definately stepped up their games big time but great effort and win by the whole team.

Piketon's schedule is not much better than ours other than them playing D2 Zanesville, and Piketon losing to Vinton County gives us a shot at the #1 seed.

WOW! Great game between the top two teams in the SHL. Everyone for both teams came out and played hard the entire time. Blake led Peebles in scoring with 38 followed by Andy with 15, Trent with 11(Had a triple double in pts/rebs/assists), and Jake with 8(8rebs,5blks,3stls). I was impressed with Ripley's tenacity toward the end as well. The fought back from 18??? down to cut the lead to 10 after some clutch shooting from downtown. I feel bad for Ripley not being able to win the gold ball, especially to lose this late in the season, because every Peebles fan knows the feeling. This was an important win for the Indians as they remain one game ahead of Manchester for the league title with two games remaining against North Adams(have started playing much better of late) and Lynchburg Clay(Still kind of a mystery to me.....would be awesome for Blake to break the SHL scoring mark against Cluxton's old team on senior night...he only needs 36pts to pass Cluxton).
It was a real heart stopper of an evening. We felt Logan's absence quite strongly and frankly weren't as solid on defense as we should've been. Not sure what the story is there, but I have to say that I am proud of our Blue Jays-they never stopped! Congratulations to the Indians on a solid game, and I assume now that you'll be rooting for us when we play Manchester Friday? :)

oh yeah we will be no doubt. Don't let this loss get you down. When we lost to Manchester we got right back up and haven't lost yet. So I would love to see the same thing from you guys.
