Complain about the officials all you want. Webster has only scored 6 points since a 7-0 lead. Wow that is some awful offensive production.

Always seems like Webster tends to struggle with the more physical teams. Always have been a liitle on the soft side.

That gives Wheelersburg the SOC ii Crown doesn't it. They don't even have to beat Oak Hill now.

Yes it does! Like I said on the other thread, Oak Hill is a tough place to play.

Not sitting on either side...

Webster can cry foul or (lack of fouls) all they want but I believe they got beat by a team that is missing two starters. Should have been able to get that one!
Sorry you can't get a piece of the title. Believe me. I would rather see Webster win it than the Burg alone.

I didn't think the home team picked the officials. Aren't officials assigned by the league anyhow? I could be wrong

Its hard to beat the Oaks when Scott has 3 guys all over him driving inside :. Thats his game and it has been all season. I didn't expect anything less coming into it though

The SOC assigns the officials. Most anybody with any basketball sense knows this. They have no reason to be biased either way.
Were they biased when Oak Hill played at South Webster also?

Just because they are assigned by the SOC doesn't mean they can't be that way. It doesn't matter anyway. Wer are both just Treehugger Wannabes fighting for second place now, which is decent after being a 3-17 team just a few years ago...

Did Loop or Scott get into foul trouble and have to sit out any. That is what I saw as SW achilles heel. Either of them out, they struggle.

Loop sat out most of the second with 2 fouls. The achilles heel tonight was lack of foul shot attempts IMO (which I am entitled to)

We didn't play very well. Maybe, we were due for a game like that. 44-37 was the final.

Oak Hill committed 3 fouls the entire game. 1 in the first 3 quarters and then were whistled for 2 fouls in the first minute of the 4th quarter.

32 minutes-----3 fouls. Incredible. And, I still think we could have won that game if we would have shot better.

Learn from it and move on!
