I don't quite get why you are bringing up jv, tiggerfan, as it really has nothing to do with the game tomorrow. I don't think the officiating should be questioned tomorrow night, these should be the best officials in seo, and although there will definitely be some questionable calls, I think we should see fair officiating. With Hess back, the Tigers have another strong, physical body to play inside. It's tough to beat an evenly matched team twice in one year, led three times in one year. If the Tigers can put two halves together, then they can take a good hard look at the Convo on their way home, because that's the next court they'll step onto.

Possibly Cunningham's final game in a Warrior jersey, hope to see an explosive performance from him, simply for the sake of being a fan of the game of basketball.

On a side note, can we lay off the "LOL!!!" and "texting lingo"? It's just really hard to take someone seriously that has a vocabulary like that.

I am not questioning tomorrows officials at all. In fact, in my post that I mentioned JV ref (my bad), I disagreed with someone that earlier had complained about the varsity refs doing a bad job...I thought they were fair all around in both Tiger-Warrior games. I expect no less tomorrow. Let's have a good, clean, fair Washington Co. rivalry game!

I have to agree with you dennis, we shouldn't be using "LOL" because we aren't 8 years old texting our bestfriend. And you were also right how marietta will have an anvantage with hess being back. He is another big body for for marietta and he can get a lot of boards. Beating a team three times in a row will be tough for the warriors but they will still play a well fought game. I still have marietta winning this one.

SURVIVE and ADVANCE, how true that is tonight!!!!!! Marietta and Warren SURVIVED Wed. night to make this game a HUGE contest for both teams. I look for a very PHYSICAL, hard fought game tonight because lets face it, they don't LIKE one another. Warren has the players to get the WIN, IF they come to PLAY. An effort like the one against Athens won't get it!!!! The DEFENSE and INTENSITY needs to improve. Marietta will come to PLAY!!!! They are NOT going to let Warren beat them for a 3rd time, that will be their mine set. That makes them a DANGEROUS team.
ADVANCE to the Convo., will be the team that CONTROLS their EMOTIONS, can handle the PRESSURE and WANTS IT MORE!!!!! Who that will be?? We will see at Logan tonight.

Slow start or not? The Warriors can get out of the gate and never let this one be a game if they wanted ,but you know that isnt happening. Tigers should have won game 1 of this series and let it slip away so all the hype about beating a team 3 times is just that ...HYPE! Warren has more athletes and a deeper bench and the bench is who makes the difference like it has all year! Early subs gives the victory to the Warriors in a hard fought contest. Look for some HARD FOULS and the Hess boy shouldnt make much of a factor ,prob due to foul trouble or not being able to keep his emotions in check. Will likely see a couple technicals in the contest and this could turn the mo for either team. But Warren wins this by 4 to 6 due to the play of Knost,Windland,Ward and Henthorn coming off the bench to carry the load. Would be nice to see the Venham lad show up big and for the Hastie boy to get hot.....both have had silent seasons and are capable of making a Huge difference.Also could be a game where the Leffingwell boy contributes in some way? Still waiting for him to bring some offense but with the big boy inside maybe not. Again the game goes thru the focal point of the Cunningham boy and depends what type of game he brings....Usually he steps up for this type of game and can determine the outcome. Back to the scouting aspect , Marietta could really control the game if they watched some film and would be able to double team alot with what the Warriors place on the floor. So great Washington County Sectional Game and will be talked about for a long time to come. Good Luck to both teams but I still think Warren bench pulls this out for the Happytown faithful. The sun comes out tmrw!

The BENCH for the Warriors will be the X factor in this game. But EVERYBODY and I mean EVERYBODY for Warren better come to PLAY!!!! People in Southeastern Ohio, you want to see a RIVALRY game at its best, come to Logan tonight. This one could be real INTERESTING!!!!!!

As a rule, the players control their emotions better than the fans....especially some of the parents! I'd like to see a technical thrown at some of them to set the tone for the players. Sad here, as I will not be able to see this match-up tonight due to family illness. Just won't be the same listening to it on the radio! One thing I know..the Tiger student section will rock the place!

Warrens going to win this one, big game experience, 2 wins over Marietta this year, and a much more talented senior class, It will be close no doubt but this Warren squad has been great at pulling out games where Marietta has kind of fell apart in some games in the past

The bracket I have has this game being played at the Convo. It would not be fair for Warren or Marietta to go to Southeastern and play were Waverly has alreagy played two games. Thats why the winner of this game tonight will play Waverly at the Convo. This will be a District simi final game.
