With Belpre struggling without it's big man, Ryan Leasure should be considered.
Max Carney is the early favorite from what I can see. He flat out takes over a game with his inside dominance, like a true boxing champ, he jabs you in the first 3 quarters and then the 4th he pounds you with body shots.

Now that it's later in the season who would be your picks? Maybe have some new ones to add and some to remove.

This year is just a mess. I thought Carney was a lock but his numbers havent been good lately, just 7 against Eastern and 2 against waterford??? I think dakota hoffman should be considered hes scored over 20 in the last 3 or so. Also Carnahan from Eastern has had a dbl dbl in 2 of his last 3.

Coach of The Year- Caldwell or Thornill, possible Bremer from Miller for biggest turnaround.

Carney's ankle injury could have opened the door for P.O.Y.

Nick Therriault, IMO, would be next in line ... he's been very productive, but more importantly, very consistent.

The kid certainly has put himself in the conversation ... but I think SG would need to be a little higher up the rankings ... post season awards are usually given out to teams/players/coaches at the top of the standings.

I wouldn't be surprised if he wins one before he graduates though ...

I agree. If SG had a few more wins he would be one of the favorites. He definitely will turn alot of heads in the next few years to come.
