Lots of underclassmen talent for the Panthers. I like them to finish top half of the league, possibly jumping up to 2nd. They are about a year away but the fans should be excited for what should be a fun team to watch.

I ran into one of southeasterns players recently and had a chance to ask him what his predictons were for the season and what we could expect from the panthers. He replied: "you can expect a much faster, stronger, and more determined team this year. I've personally never been more excited for a basketball season to start, I know the rest of my team mates who are still playing football are just as pumped up as me.. Hopefully this is going to be a good year for us, I think all of our hardwork is finally going to pay off. My goal for us this year is to just make a statement.. Make a statement and prove all of the people who are doubting us wrong"

Southeastern has one of the best defensive players in the league in Jordan Allen and one of the best point guards in Dylan Miles...add in the talents of Nick Kellough and Austin Hice, Skeens, Strausbaugh, and Cartee and it should be an exciting year for the Panther fans.

What will hurt SE (just like last year) is poor coaching. Uhrig has no discipline, and subs too much. That led to inconsistency last year, and the players did not respect him. But they do have some good young talent.
