This may sound like a dumb question, but was this sectional intended to be weaker? No offense to any of these teams but I was just wondering the theories behind the sectionals. Maybe it's just coincidence?
I think ZT gets the 1, if only NY received some bonus for almost beating Athens, then it might be different.
