On a night where every team but the Cadets lost I wanna say I think they are the best team. Winners of 10 out 11 with only loss to (17-1) Warren.They split with Trail and beat them bad the last time they played. Shon Smith is the best player in the sectional. 1.Fort Frye (12-6) 2.Trail (12-5) lost to Indian Valley tonight and has a big one vs Noles 2mrw.Also lost a few players to injuries. 3.Monroe Central (11-7) big one vs Trail sat. Lost 90-78 to Magnolia tonight. 4.Shenandoah (10-9) lost to River by 17 tonight. 5. Martins Ferry (9-7) lost 3 in a row with a bad loss to Shadyside tonight. A team Doah beat 2x. 6. West M (5-14) lost tonight to JG (21-37) but lead (3-13) at half wow. 7. Bellaire (3-17) terrible.

Well Trail gets blown out 78-56 by Monroe a team that Fort Frye beat twice.

Ferry is always a tough game for The Cadets

Martins Ferry is a good team lead by 2 Srs Schau (24 ppg) and Strama. Strama 6-3 Sr post player is really strong. Also have 6-8 Rob Vargo.They have been playing without Schau and lost both games without him not sure why he hasent played.Ferry has not beat a team with a winning record and lost to Shadyside 2x a team that Shenandoah just beat without Hurst. They play a slow half court pound it inside game. They don't have a true pg and they lack team speed. If FF can control the pace and run the floor they should win by 10-15. That being said they haven't played well in last 4 sectional title games 09- Lost to 6 win Trail FF was (18-2), 2010 lost to 6 win Ferry FF was (10-10) 2011 Lost to MC (16-4) FF was (17-3). 2012 they won vs (7-13) Ferry but the score was (41-36).
