falcons should never have lost the regular season match up. falcons should win but can tighten up in big games. lack of bench play can hurt them as well. if Koby shoots 26% on the night with about 50 shots falcons can win.

I called it, Minford by 4. The kid from Wheelersburg played ok but I think the kid from Webster played well down low, then the kid from Portsmouth hit big free throws at the end. Congrats Minford!

^^^ Agree with this. If Minford had any sense at all, they would go through McCray as option #1 and use him to open up the shooters. But they don't do that often. Nobody can handle him inside and you can't keep him out no matter how you try. Make something called a "two man game" out of it - anybody ever thought of that? Congrats to the Falcons on a big win vs. a tough first round opponent. Crooksville will not be a walk in the park as they play the toughest schedule of all these D3 teams year in and year out.

The kid from Peake is one heck of a player. He couldn't miss early on the game. Minford got off to a sluggish start but the just whipped Peake the entire second half.

Justice played great defense on the kid from Peake the second half and never let him get an open shot. Hopefully they utilize Justice more for his tenacious defense.

Way to come back from a poor start and pick up the win. Great team effort tonight against a solid Peake ball club.

Minford had a good comeback in the 2nd half but they got spanked in the 1st. Dont know what team that come out of the locker room for Peake after half time but it wasnt the same team that played the 1st half. Well it looks like Minford does have enough transfers to go to the Convo...... :122249
