Either Notre Dame was just shaken by the environment or they just had an off night. They wre struggling on Offense yet that game was theirs for the taking because South Webster almost gave it to them!
C'mon Jeeps! Take a deep breath. Relax, and get ready for the finals!

ON a side note. Watching VASJ play Wyndom and they look incredible!! Up 22-11 already in the first quarter.

Great game to both teams. Looked like a football game early with a lot of physical play. ND tried to push around Jeeps but the Jeeps skill too much for ND athleticism/strength.

Congrats to South Webster. So after watching all of the teams play, the seeding at Valley sectional should have gone like this:
1. South Webster
2. Fairfield
3. Whiteoak
4. Notre Dame
5. East
South Webster had the toughest bracket to come out of. So, coaches are going to have to look at strength of schedule as well as record and make a informed decision. I know that some will say that Notre Dame beat Whiteoak, but that was the first game of the season and Whiteoak was much better at the end (thats what strength of schedule does for you). Notre Dame and East played a cupcake schedule all season. You want to say that you have 14 games against other teams in your league, but that leaves you 8 non league games to fill. Quit playing other weak DIV teams and for God's sake stop playing little Christian schools like Wesley and Rose Hill (East played them 3 times). So if they don't try to improve, at least go into the draw with some integrity and seed the best teams where they should be to best represent our district.

My guess is they would be very good considering the bracket they come from. They defeated #2 Newark Catholic. Then they defeated Danville who beat #1 seed Africentric. Two huge upsets that opens the door for the Jeeps to get to Columbus if they are on thier game.
For what it's worth, Jjhuddle has South Webster projected to play in the Final Four. They must think South Webster is going to win Friday!!

We played them in football in the 2012 season, I k is two totally different sports but they were pretty solid. We ended winning 15-6 I believe. I heard they have 2 studs. One inside who goes 6"8 and a guard who is supposedly getting looked at by D1 schools. They recruit hard. Not sure if the info of the two kids is true but I wouldn't doubt it. Good luck SW

ND's out if league was Northwest who SW plays twice, Minford, South Point whose a big school, Wesley Christian Academy who went 25-7 last time I checked, and Raceland which was snowed out. As far as I'm concerned that's a great non-conference schedule for a school with only 40 boys tops in 9-12. Say all you want, but ND made Whiteoak look like a elementary team, so what it was the first game of the year, it was ND's as well and Whiteoak doesn't have football, so they have all year basically to prepare for game 1. That excuse is no good. Getting to the point you can't take away anything these young men at ND have done. They've won 40+ games I believe in 2 years. Have one of ONLY
Two SOC Titles, and one of ONLY two district titles. Possibly go down as the best team of all time. Just wish they would've played the first half like they did the second and it would've gone either way.
