2/6 - Ironton 55 Chesapeake 65
The Fighting Tigers travel to Chesapeake to take on the Panthers. The last matchup had these two Teams going into OT with Chespeake getting the win 41-40, thoughts?

This game will be a good one. Both teams come into the game off of wins, but this game will come down to defense and rebounding. The Panthers have had their most trouble against teams that play a slow half court game. Portsmouth tried to press the Peake and lost big, but when they played a patient half-court game, it slowed the Panthers rhythm and affected their shot selection and execution on offense. Chesapeake is most dangerous off turnovers and transition baskets.
Ironton, on the other hand, has been hot and cold. One game they can look very good and the next be sluggish. In the first game the Tigers were able to out rebound Chesapeake and only lost by 1 in OT. Ironton is very good from the free throw line, as well.
So, if this game turns into a slow paced foul fest with a score in the low 40's, then Ironton could pull out a win, but if the game is a track meet with a score in the high 50's or more, I think Chesapeake's transition game will be the difference giving the Panthers a big OVC win.
