Refs clearly in favor of Fort Frye they kept you guys in the game, also mention that you shared the PVC with u last year so 4 years in a row hasn't been all yours. It was a good game and effort by the noles, 1 shot away from a big turn with a minute left, thank the refs EasternDspy.

With so much basketball talent, I can understand why Monroe thinks they should beat Fort Frye, but it was easy to see why they usually won't. Monroe bailed Fort Frye out of some bad offensive posessions by hacking at the ball just as the Cadets were about to put up a bad shot or throw it away. Also, they cut short their own offensive posessions by trying to drive through where there wasn't a lane to drive through.

Fort Frye dominates this league winning atleast a share of the league title 12 out of last 15 yrs and the last 4. Fort Frye beat Monroe Central all 4 times since Tolzda has been there by an avg of 16.5.

I can't see how anyone could argue Fort Frye gets favorable officiating when at home. The Cadets are just that good year in and year out.
MC wasn't going to be a challenge without Nixon anyway. The Fort always has and will be a basketball school first., and that's coming from someone with years of watching hoops in Ohio.

I really hope Fort Frye gets a shot at #1 ranked, (ahem, cough) Union Local in the District.

People on other sites are talking about how teams with 6-8 losses such as St C, Ferry, Harrison Central should be ahead of Monroe and Trail and I think that's crazy. Buckeye 8 does have the numbers if they stick together so PVC could get shafted. Union Local is overrated.

Also FF was winning by 26 and let the foot off the throttle sitting Legraen , Lang and Carter most of 3rd and some 4th. Can't do that with good shooting teams.

Dang, that's even more impressive. Union Local has squeaked by in so many games this season. I like Ferry's chances in the tournament better than most.

Ferry is 8-7 but they do have a 6-8 and 6-6 post player not much in terms of guard play

That's the same kind of team Ferry brings to sectionals every single year and they're a tough out every single year. I think they had a worse record than that a year ago and ended up in regionals.
