Actually, if you really look into overall records, I bet Southern, Eastern, and Meigs would be considered baseball schools. Southern claims to be a basketball school, mainly because of a few years of state appearances, but I'd guess baseball has had more success over the years.

We use 2 be a Football School back in the 70's Early 80's, if only they had the playoff system back then like it is 2 day!!

1970. Eastern went undefeated and only gave up one touchdown all season

Eastern is a great girls sports school that has consistent baseball and had a few good basketball teams with transfers a few years back.

Well the 71 team did go 9-0 SVAC co champs in 80, the 81 team finished 10-0 only time in school history

No. Eastern Meigs is on Meigs County and Eastern Pike is in Pike County.

I remember when I first started following ALL of the teams in Southern/Southeastern Ohio I was sooooo confused with ALL of the Easts/ Easterns Below the Lancaster-Dixon Line : Eastern Meigs/Eastern Reedsville, Eastern Pike/Eastern Beaver. Eastern Brown/Eastern Sardinia , East (Portsmouth East/Sciotoville East) ... I'm good to go now LOL ...
