Piketon @ Unioto
Piketon @ Unioto
Like to get everyone’s thoughts on this one. With the way Piketon has been playing and the health issue Little is having this game gets very interesting. I won’t make a prediction but think this will be another close, low scoring game that could go either way.

Not much improvement since the ZT game. Another game time decision. I’m guessing he’ll try to play tonight and more than likely sit tomorrow for our non conference game with circlevilleVetteMan wrote: ↑Fri Jan 24, 2020 12:19 ammlittle, is your son good to go, or is he still hobbled ?mlittle wrote: ↑Thu Jan 23, 2020 7:06 pm Like to get everyone’s thoughts on this one. Unioto by 12 either way. Defense is too good. Piketon is playing better but their size won’t be a factor against a physical disciplined defense like a Unioto. Gonna say 49-37.
Re: Piketon @ Unioto
Another gutsy performance from Little and the rest of the squad. Not sure of all the scorers but have a couple.
Keiser 17
Little 15
Unioto 45
Piketon 40
Keiser 17
Little 15
Unioto 45
Piketon 40

That’s a darn good team from Piketon. Going to be a really tough matchup for one of the higher seeded teams in a sectional final
Proud of the effort all around tonight, really gritty win.

Yep. Was worried about this one all week. Glad it’s behind us. 2-0 against that team this year is an accomplishmentdanicalifornia wrote: ↑Fri Jan 24, 2020 9:49 pm That’s a darn good team from Piketon. Going to be a really tough matchup for one of the higher seeded teams in a sectional final

Great Game tonight. Little still a step off with his injury but his no quit tough attitude is great to see in a high school athlete. Love watching these guys night in & night out not knowing who’s gonna step in & carry the load. Lots of guys can do it but tends to be a different one each night. Everyone willing to step up when needed.
Great win against a solid & well coached Piketon team.

Wanted to also point out Keiser was perfect from the floor and the free throw line last night. 5-5 from floor 5-5 from foul line. Also had the game winning block on the defensive end. Great night for the Natester
Re: Piketon @ Unioto
Wow! Didn’t realize he was 100%! Awesome performance last night in all aspects of the game. His recovery on defense is ridiculously quick! Fun to watch!

Being your game tonight is a non-league game, do you think your son will still give it a go and play against Circleville ?U2K wrote: ↑Fri Jan 24, 2020 9:56 pm Great Game tonight. ... excellent W for the U vs a dangerous .500 team ... Coach Miller continues to bring this team along, getting them ready for the "one and done" season ... teams are NOW at their most dangerous - roles have been figured out, rotations are in place , MOST teams who have been dealing with injuries are getting the players BACK that they thought would be making major contributions going into the season ... the youngsters AREN'T rookies anymore ... this is the time of the season pfloyd personally enjoys - those .500 teams are better than their .500 records ... even the teams in bottom 1/3 of the rankings have found out "who" they are as a TEAM - with the right match-up (and that's what hoops is about) - with the right match-ups those teams in the bottom 1/3 can put an "L" on a higher ranked team ... NOW is the time to GET OUT and SEE teams !!! the final 3 weeks of the regular season taking use into the Road to Basketball :30
