I only saw the young man play twice but for a sophomore he was pretty good. Definitely a great pickup for Portsmouth. Unfortunately I believe this is the way of the future for high school sports. Assemble good teams instead of develop good teams.

NW, very astute observation! The key to any movement of student athletes is performance.The grass may appear greener, but you still have to perform .That's not as easy as it appears.

Yeah, Burg recruited him in the 7th grade when he first came to Burg. Everyone knew then he was D1 talent so they went out and got him. Offered his Mom a new car and a house because in the 7th grade, the talent level was off the charts. SMDFH!!!!!
Funny thing is what sport he was best at at Burg was football and now he is not even playing football.
