Fairland vs Eastern Brown
Aiden Porter leads Fairland past Eastern Brown 53-51 in an outstanding high school basketball game. Hundley and Garrett 2 special kids for Eastern brown can score at every level and will lead eastern Brown to great things. Aiden Porter continues to prove he is the best player in southern Ohio. 27 tonight including the first 13 of the game and a huge 4th. Fairland impressed me with their defensive effort and rebounding despite being outsized at every position. Fairland supporting cast stepped up with crucial jumpers, big rebounds, and solid defense all night long. If you haven’t seen these 2 teams play….I’m assuming P Floyd has not…..spend your money they are definitely 2 of the top teams in southeastern Ohio.

Fairland without a starter playing tonight as well. People sleeping on this team is going to get a ride awakening. They are going to make it 7 titles in a row. Great team led by the best player in southeastern Ohio.

Porter went straight Curry in the 1st period! To see him rally the younger players through Eastern Browns big runs, come backs, and team support from the fans was phenomenal. Even when Fairland was down Porter had his head up, smile on, and he never let them see him sweat.

This was a tremendous game to watch. Porter just unreal. What was most impressive was the leadership he showed and keeping the younger players heads straight and focused
Re: Fairland vs Eastern Brown
Sounds like AP is doing what he HAS TO DO this season ... he has to be effective and be that coach/leader on the floor - he's had 3 years of "the script" for success - do what the Dragons DO - play defense, out hustle their opponents, get to the ball first off the boards, run an offense that makes opponents pay with backdoor cuts ... shoot the 3 ball to get separation ... I'm looking forward to seeing Fairland in the next couple weeks (@ Gallia on the 17th then on the 18th at Alexander's Alley Classic vs Federal Hocking ) Aiden has seen the best of the best "coaches on the floor" - Clayton Thomas, Jacob Polcyn etc. he knows how to win ... I want to see the role players this year for Fairland ! ...Dragonguy13 wrote: ↑Sun Dec 05, 2021 2:29 pm This was a tremendous game to watch. Porter just unreal.
