Zach is not playing this year. Elijah Rowe graduated last year.

BuckeyeBlood: Don't have the full roster yet due to not knowing all the names. A couple of players are on the team who didn't play last season and I haven't learned their names yet.

It looks like the varsity will have around 14 players, with 4 seniors, 9 juniors, and 1 sophomore.

The JV has 11 players, 9 of whom are freshmen, and 2 sophomores.

Leading scorer coming back: Kenny Sanderlin....16.2 PPG.

daniC ! good to see your post ... the U HAS size ... Perkins "the Younger" grew since last season @ 6-4 ... Perkins "squared" will be a good combo 6-4/6-5 ... Hoops "squared" should be a good as well ... I'm going to try to make the Unioto @ Miami Trace matchup on opening night the 23rd ... should be a good one ! ... the U opened last season with a W vs MT didn't they! 56-50 although Branson and Park both gone due to graduation (17 pts each vs MT in the opener) ... will be interesting to see how the "roles" play out for the U ...

Agreed...that staff has coached those kids since 2nd grade and have done a great job with them. With that being said, there are some BIG expectations in Minford for this group to live up to the next 3 years.*

Agreed...difference right now is that the ‘94-‘95 team had 2 great scoring options in Sommer/Yeagle. We’ll see if current group has a second option of that caliber behind Montgomery.

Would be interested to hear thoughts from Minford posters how the current group projects to measure up with ‘95 Minford squad.*

i don’t see many TRUE basketball players who will just take over a game , but man i feel this team is deep with a bunch of SOLID players .
