RPI seeding

In the SE district will those RPI seedings go directly into an NCAA type bracket, i.e. 1/8, 2/7, 3/6, 4/5? Other districts in the state have used their seeding number to pick a line on the bracket -- will it still be that way using their RPI seeding number to pick their line? When a district gets to send more than one team to regionals in a division, does the top seed for the division get to pick the regional bracket line they want to be on, e.g. top central division D2 gets to pick the Athens regional line?

Teams will be assigned sites and bracket placements based on NCAA brackets following the seeding.

If you look at the D-II Southeast district, eight teams have a legitimate chance to make the coveted top four seeded spots. There is no region or division in the state this close or competitive. Not only may every game matter, but remaining games your previous opponent's play could very well matter down to fractions. Team's opponent's winning percentage may end up being the deciding factor. For example, on paper, Miami Trace and Marietta have the most difficult schedules to finish the season -- both a benefit and a potential problem for them.
