North Adams vs Minford Round 2

NA once again just hitting their shots, 2nd half they spread Minford way out and created lanes in the zone defense. Minford simply doesn’t have enough help scoring, you can’t have players out there that just stand there with the ball and never dribble when they get it just zero offensive threat. Not sure why you even put that out there but Minfords depth has been the issue last 2 years and more and more teams are figuring that out. Congrats to NA, kind of went how I figured

Congrats North Adams for a great team game today for the win. Lil guys get it done again for the North Adams and the SHAC. Go devils .Sweet 16 baby. Oh and another regional SHAC team. These green devils have been doing this since biddy ball .Nothing surprises me with them. Northwest was their nemesis in JR high.

In the 1990s North Adams coach Nathan Copas led his team to the final four. This year his son's team is now once again in the Regionals for the second straight year. I'm hoping for more of the magic that was in Adams county way back then. Good luck Green Devils.

Nobody out, but NA shot 6-26 from 3, got 0 points from Schweikart (averages around 12) and Bennett Kayser had 21 rebounds in the game

For NA to win this time, they have to fix all 3 of those issues.

It would be cool to see Montgomery and Kayser playing for the Jeeps next year but I doubt either could stand ER. Unfortunately that’s what it would take to have a prayer at winning state. Maybe even a third big time player. As a local fan, I’m all in for it. Could you imagine the smack that Swanker would be talking?
