Dave Schugg Hired @ Rock Hill

This is a step up for RH. I know he is a RH guy but he’s been an assistant at a few places. Seems as if Austin Collins who is a teacher/middle school AD was passed up for a non-teacher. I wonder how that will shake out. But kudos to RH for making what they thought was the best decision.

Great selection for Rock Hill. Dave is great coach and an outstanding person. He'll get the most out of his players in the most positive ways.

Great hire in my opinion. He was an assistant for years at Coal Grove, including those runs in the late 2010’s. I hate it for Collins, but I’m hoping he sees this as an opportunity to learn from another coach in preparation to take it over in the future (or even get more experience to get his feet wet elsewhere).
