Fairland took over early and dominated throughout. Great defensive effort to eliminate the 3 point line from North Adams
Brody Buchanan was outstanding night for Fairland. Cliff Fransen nearly had a double-double as well for the Dragons.

dragonfan67 … Coach Speed & the Fairland team have always had my respect … the preseason rankings were released Nov 3rd … I ranked them prior to seeing THIS years edition play together … on paper looking at the returning roster having lost 80% of the offense to graduation , Buchanan was the only returning scorer - on paper - Smith /Fransen/ Lochow were all question marks offensively and Polcyn wasn’t on my radar … after watching multiple scrimmages - seeing the scoring coming from the entire starting group - Polcyn will get there but he’s the missing link post player who distributes the ball from the post position , rebounds, defends .. the starting 5 are excellent - the proof in going into NA tonight and out NAing the Green Devils / 3 point scoring, rebounding , getting to loose balls … obviously Fairland is moving up the rankings … but I have much respect for Fairland …dragonfan67 wrote: Sat Dec 07, 2024 9:00 pm I hope this win gives us a little more respect and moves us a bit PFloyd. This win suprised me . The Dragons lost a lot from last season , therefore , I wasnt expecting much but this game shows some potential for a pretty good season.

Hey Pfloyd. I wasn’t saying that you didn’t or don’t respect the Dragons. I know you always have. I know the poll was posted over a month ago and that we lost a lot. I was just messing with you about how low we were.pfloyd wrote: Sun Dec 08, 2024 1:08 amdragonfan67 … Coach Speed & the Fairland team have always had my respect … the preseason rankings were released Nov 3rd … I ranked them prior to seeing THIS years edition play together … on paper looking at the returning roster having lost 80% of the offense to graduation , Buchanan was the only returning scorer - on paper - Smith /Fransen/ Lochow were all question marks offensively and Polcyn wasn’t on my radar … after watching multiple scrimmages - seeing the scoring coming from the entire starting group - Polcyn will get there but he’s the missing link post player who distributes the ball from the post position , rebounds, defends .. the starting 5 are excellent - the proof in going into NA tonight and out NAing the Green Devils / 3 point scoring, rebounding , getting to loose balls … obviously Fairland is moving up the rankings … but I have much respect for Fairland …dragonfan67 wrote: Sat Dec 07, 2024 9:00 pm I hope this win gives us a little more respect and moves us a bit PFloyd. ... no worries dragonfan67 ! ... the new rankings, the official rankings after getting eyes on teams, scrimmages, previews, foundation games is almost ready ... the committee has had the Magic 8 Ball out, the Ouija Board was pulled from the closet ... probably going to be able to stick to the original 8p release time as well ... 5 teams have yet to play in the new season unfortunately 4 of those 5 I haven't seen on film either ... but we're making it work as I have a good idea what the product looks like on the court ... confidence is high LOL ...dragonfan67 wrote: Sun Dec 08, 2024 5:46 pmHey Pfloyd.
