He’s a tremendous coach and has a great program. In my top 5 in the district for sure.

Outstanding! a great milestone in his already excellent head coaching career at Fairland ... one of the coaches that has not only a great run in his TEAMS accomplishments over the his years at the helm but as a long time follower of Southern/Southeast Ohio hoops - Coach Speed has built an equally outstanding "program" ... He gets a lot out of his players in such a great way. Doesn’t shy away from great competition in non-league matchups, and even in their “down” years still seems to produce really good teams. I could be wrong but I don’t know if he’s ever had a losing season. If Coach Speed continues coaching, it wouldn’t surprise me to see him win 500 games.
