Can’t argue about much here on first quick look. Right now I think Minford is No. 1 and Meigs possibly not as strong as I thought (very good no question but maybe it was the Marietta defense that exposed some holes in their game). Might flip Meigs and Miami Trace on the eye test but it’s all close right now.

Little thing, but Paint Valley is currently 4-6, not 5-5

Looks good pfloyd. Wasn't able to attend the Meigs vs Marietta game on Friday due to illness. Able to watch online and it was a good one. I believe hiring Ryan Davis was a great move for Meigs and as season goes on they will continue to improve.
My Peake traveled 21/2 hrs yesterday to Harvest Prep to take on an unbeaten Franklin Monroe in their New Years Bash.
The Peake both jv and varsity came out victorious. Varsity outscored FM 42- 22 in second half. Final 60-40. I think there is going to be several postponed games this week.

List looks good Pfloyd

The district is pretty down. Be fun to watch how much teams improve the rest of the way. A team could very reasonably jump from the 50’s to the teens with how close they are.

Edit: we’ll maybe upper 40’s to mid 20’s is better stated

... not sure how I keep screwing up the "little things" every week ... it's like the teacher in me says "leave at least one thing glaringly wrong for the students who actually read the assignment will find" ... you get an "A" yet again daniC ! - thank you, I'll fix it (I might even run the sheet again so I START the new week with the correct records! I92 told me about Whiteoak for 2 weeks before I got it corrected "correctly" ... senile, old, retired people - the committee of one - me ...

... I agree I92, and THAT goes against what I have done in my 25 years of doing this as well - I never JUMP or DROP teams over or down through a bunch of teams - I always have an idea where the team or teams are heading up or down, knowing that eventually (over the course of weeks) they will get there based on on-court performance ... I've read some comments about teams "should be here or there" I don't disagree usually it's just that I don't drop them quickly - they'll get there! ... especially this time of year ... as I've said before I92 - it's good seeing your posts again on here !!! ...

The cream will come to the top. Good work Pfloyd. Our Indians here at Peebles are small, young and learning. Thinking we will be about #35 or so by seasons end. Getting ready for tournament to surprise some teams.

... 0 for the first 3 days of the week as far as games go Below the Lancaster-Dixon Line ... Thursday? maybe some games get played however I'm seeing school closings already for Thursday 1/9 ... no school , no play rules come into play ... players/teams have not been able to practice for the last 4 days I'm guessing or at least not full team practices - maybe only those that can get into school... I saw a school allowing players to get into gyms during daylight hours if they could get to schools ... more snow rolling into Southern Ohio Friday into Saturday ... this week might end up a wash ...

Side note... Jackson going into an Away stretch that should help us understand which way they are trending, they seem like 2 different teams week to week.

at Burg
at Chillicothe
at Miami Trace
at McClain
at Unioto

and a game against Zane Trace shortly after.
