Recently, no.

1999-2003....not shocking but Gallia was better in most all sports. 1999-2001 Jackson was better in softball and won those contests.

2002-2004....is this your recent period? Football not shocking in 04 at all. About same time our basketball went to the district finals and can't recall how good Gallia was then.

So is your RECENTLY, FAIRLY large period in ANY SPORT from 2002-2003?

Good game for Minford. Closer than it probably should have been but Burg's rebounding kept them in the game.

Expect to see that margin tighten up when they meet again and a bigger margin of victory for the Falcons.

It looks like its Minford and Valley for the conference again this year as it has been for quite some years. Never understood how Burg has such good athletes but they struggle on the hardwood. I guess Minford and Valley has kids who put more time into basketball in the offseason than Burg does.
