The Clay boys defeated Symmes Valley tonight, now we can talk about Eastern Pike. Should be good game if we rebound/limit 2nd chance shots. Believe Eastern shot really well at our place which surprised me. Did not consider the team a great bunch of shooters but they've shown they can shoot the perimeter shot.If the score reaches the high 60's we/ Clay win , if below 60, Eastern has best chance. Hope the weather cooperates. Should be great atmosphere and certainly a big game in the league. Good luck to both and all walk away healthy to play another day. Maybe if it's canceled, we could play some 3 on 3 in the old barn on piketon-minford road.

Yes , lost at N.D. by 2 on last second shot. The Panthers without some help are spoilers and preparing for tournament time.

Clay was a better team last year for sure with those seniors. Their lack of depth hurts them. They still are dangerous when hitting3s but they really dont like pressure. Just my opinion tho

I believe the lack of depth is a factor this year. I don't think pressure is any issue itself. The pressure can accelerate the fatigue. At Western Pike they ran 4 and 5 subs in every 3-4 minutes and our boys survived. But certainly a deeper bench would be helpful.

should be a good game hope that bad weather stays away. eagles come in on a 7 game win streak after last night's win over new Boston every eagle scored lead by Martin with 21 and hale with 14. this two teams always play each other tough I look for the eagles to win this one 56-51 in a good game.

Weather not looking promising.. Would love to get to see this game on Friday. I believe it was only a 3pt game at Clay and all 3 games these 2 teams played last year were close..gonna be fun.. Should be a very close game at the nest!

This game is so huge for both teams. I was at the Clay vs Symmes Valley game and it was really fun to watch that King kid play. King dropped 33 points and I am pretty sure scored all 33 of those in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarter. Gilliland also had a big game with 21 points. When this team rebounds and moves the ball around then they are very dangerous. This Clay team can really play and so can Eastern so we will see both teams bringing their best game possible this Friday (Weather Permitting).

Clay will play Western @ home on the 12th and finish regular season at Eastern Pike on Sat. the 13th. Should be exciting weekend to prepare for tournaments.
