Best Coaches in the region
Kyle Miller of Western is very good, love to watch him coach, could not ask for a better man to coach my son, great leader, role model, and person. Thank you Coach Miller.

Rob Beuclar, of Eastern Brown is one of the best coaches in the southern half of the state. Year in and year out, his teams are well prepared for whatever comes along. This year's team is not terribly talented, but, they will not be a pushover for anybody.

How long has Coach Beuclar been at Eastern Brown? I know that they have had some really good teams.

that is very impressive, don't see many coaches last long at the same schools very long anymore.

In reference to Coach Beucler, I would chock up the big win against P-town as coaching. I know the players are the ones who dribble, pass, shoot and play defense but coaching flat out won that one.

I think very highly of Coach Fry from Meigs. I got to see him with the Maurauders in a scrimmage last year, his first year, and I was especially impressed with how well he conveyed his instructions to the players. From getting to talk to him briefly, I came away thinking "this is a guy who is coaching the kids for all the right reasons". When you have a combination of good basketball knowledge, effective communication skills, and a character that kids respond to positively, that makes you better than some other coaches I've experienced.

Matt Combs at Vinton County. They don't hardly win in any other sport.

I'm going with Kyle Miller. Yeah he's a new young coach but what he gets out of what he has is second to none. He will get a big time job sooner than later. I would love for him to coach my son's some day. He will never underachieve.
