One thing leads to another, you guys know how it is. I think Gallipolis will struggle this year without Jeff and a few others I have heard are not going out. I hope we are a little more uptempo this year but a lot of people have been hoping for that for years. We have lacked a big time scorer over the last several years, I do not know where we will go for a shot if we need it. GOOD LUCK BLUE

Jackson had a meet the canidates night also. Not very many people came. I think by now 99% of the people have made their mind up on who they are going to vote for by now.

back to basketball oz is a nice person talking one on one. a very fierce competitor  but his style of basketball to me is about big and slow. he is a man to man type coach but yet runs a very disciplined offense which makes the other team play defense more than they are accustomed to  if you have any type attitude problem gahs basketball isnt for you  if you dont do open gyms gahs basketball is not for you  if you want to challenge your inner self and can out smart the foe gahs basketball is for you  if you think your going to score 60-70 points a night gahs basketball is not for you  if you want to be an underdog and be in a 36-37 point dogfight gahs basketball is for you  if you think you are gonna come down the floor and chuck it up i can guarantee you gahs basketball is not for you ;-) if you want to go back to your alma mater and see the same smiling face coach oz will be their for you ;-)

91blue14,

Nice Post.--------Coach Osborne teaches good team ball. There's nothing old school about discipline. Go big blue.

91 I'm impressed 1 of the best post and correct post I have read in a while. That is what this board should be about. Does anyone know who is actually in practice? Post who is going out I will try and find out.

Let me understand this... If you teach good team ball & discipline...... The end result is a 30 -40 point dog fight...... Yea Right.......... I guess if you were to score in the 60's you and not diciplined and do not play team ball. Sounds like GAHS is the only school in the state that takes this approach..........

Attend state tournament

Superblue...One of the years, if you ever get out of Gallia County, go to a state tournament game and see what type ball those teams play at the Shott. You'd probably be bored to death.

I think the votes that you're talking about were for school board postions there blue. We're on a basketball post. Or so I thought.

Give it a little time & ask me that same question next year...
87-85 & 74-66.... These are 2 of the state final scores from last year... Did you leave at halftime thinking the game was over???????

I'm asking now. Are you making a threat regarding Coach Osborne's basketball coaching position? If so what do those scores you posted mean. Not allowed to lose a close game? I don't understand.
