Hoops Invitational @ Convo 12-15

anyone have a schedule for the Hoops invitational at the Convo December 15? This is the event hosted by Alexander. There website has Alex playing Peebles - but I am looking for the entire schedule. I usually try to make this event since the schedule is usually pretty good.

The Holzer Clinic Hoops Invitational (Alexander Hoops) will be held on December 15,2007 at the Convo on the Athens campus of Ohio University.
The revised schedule:

Girls
9:00 am Alexander vs Oak Hill
10:45 am Eastern Brown vs Waterford

Boys
12:30 pm Eastern Brown vs Minford
2:15 pm Fairland vs Southeastern
4:00 pm Waterford vs North Adams
5:45 pm Huntington vs Vinton County
7:30 pm Alexander vs Buffalo W. Va.
9:15 pm Westfall vs Peebles

Come for an entire day of hoops at a low cost of $7.00. Pre sale tickets will be sold at each participating school for $5.oo.

I think Huntington vs. Vinton will be a good game. I love this time of year. Its hard to stay the whole day but I always try. Should be a great day of basketball.

This is a good chance to catch one of the BEST freshmen in southern Ohio in Peebles' Blake Justice. His first outing this year he put up 46 points in the win over Eastern Brown. He also has games of 18, 35, and 19 in Peebles' four games which they have posted a 2-2 record.

Peebles wraps up the day with a 9:15 game against Westfall.

What does Westfall have this year?

They beat Paint Valley by about 500 points.


Should be a good game...as should Eastern Brown/Minford, North Adams/Waterford...and of course Huntington vs Vinton County

They beat Paint Valley by about 500 points.

Westfall beat Paint Valley 94 to 46.....looks as though the Mustangs transitioned well from the grid iron to the hard court.

This should be a great way to spent a Saturday.

Obviously, VC will face they're toughest game of the year in Huntington.

Westfall has only had 1 game this season so far, all other games were postponed until football season was over and they had time to practice.

You might want to have all your guards in at one time against the Stangs this year. They will have 5 athletes on the floor and I would guess they would be pressing the entire game.

Should be a fun year of hoops in Williamsport this season.

Guys, I was curious and I checked the schedule over at http://www.nextvsports.com and they are covering the Invitational at the Convo this weekend! I live in Peebles and I heard talk that they were going to try and get approval to do the Peebles game but it looks like they will be covering them all!
