WVU game is currently on WIRO - I'm assuming the feed will switch at 7:30.
WIRO just switched over to the Ironton game at 7:35

Ironton Freshmen won big - but they didn't say the score.
Pre-game show now on at 7:45 - obviously, the Varsity Game is going to be late getting started.

Jason just said that no make-up date for last night's cancelled Jackson game has been discussed yet. Mark Vaas stated he would be in contact with the Jackson AD on Monday when school resumes.

Tough loss for the Tigers - Congrats to Ashland - they played winning games on back-to-back nights - and even lost a key player to an injury.

Missed free throws - poor shooting - poor defense - failure to capitalize on Ashland mistakes [24 Tomcat turnovers]. Come on Ironton Tigers - get yourselves together - we're with you!

Just got back from the game. Kind of a hard one to take. The Tigers looked good the 1st half and then I am not sure what happened the second half.

Some in the stands thought it was the refs, some good and some bad calls, but the Tigers made too many mistakes in my opinion and that cost them the game.

Jonathan Schweickart was the player of the game in my opinion. He was scoring, playing good defense, fighting for rebounds. Bub Johnson got in there and got some rebounds. Thought he did a good job as well. Dustin Greene had some good key 3 pointers and Marc did his usual part in the scoring and defense. Lucas" Mello Yellow" Morris( inside joke with Lucas and myself) really is coming along. Great defense, had some good shots, and quick as lighting.

Seems like the defense broke down and Ashland got some easy buckets under the basket. Also seemed like Ashland couldn't miss a foul shot.

Good to meet Trojan Dave tonight ;-)

Also good to see Coach Zornes and Joe in the stands tonight.

Practice hard Monday guys and get ready for Wheelersburg on Tuesday and Chilli on Friday. I will be there rooting you guys on.

I'm sure if it was the other way around some of the Ashland fans would have thought the same as well.. Ironton lost It is over now on to the next game and good luck to Ashland the rest of the season.

I was sitting on the Ashland side, behind the Ironton bench. Ashland was complaining about the refs......and they won :roll:

I can't imagine what they would have said about the refs if they would've lost.
