GO EAGLES!!!!
That's a non factor in my book. This game will come down to Alexander's ability to deal with Sims and Loyland. They both have good size and their athletism make them a hard matchup for any TVC team.

The Wellston game Lynch would of had six threes in the 1st period if this
team would of got the ball to him[watch the tape]. I guess that's part of the FAMILY system.
Assuming he makes every three he takes that is. Overall the 3 ball hasn't been that big a factor in this teams success. Usually our ability to get to the rim whether it be agressive offensive play by attacking the basket or agressive offensive rebounding, BOTH have played huge roles in games this season.

Belpre has to take care of the ball, 12 or less turnovers, also Belpre needs to establish the post game early, get it into Sims, Loyland and Azar and break down that 2-3 zone that alexander runs. Then the 2-3 will start collapsing down on Sims and Azar and Loyland which will open up outside shots fro Tate and Lynch, if Lynch and Tate get rolling, they are both deadly, Lynch shooting the three and Tate penetrating the gaps and pulling up for that nice 10-12 foot jumper. All in all i will take Belpre in a close one.

I agree. It has to start with the bigs.
you also have to make alexander get out of that press early, find the gaps and get easy lay-ups. And work inside-out against the zone, quick ball movement will lead to open shots and penetrating lanes for Tate, defense collapses kick to lynch for the three, drop it off to loyland, azar or sims and if no defense comes up, take it to the hole, you cant let alexander sit in the 2-3 and kill you, you have to attack.

I'll take Alex in a "Not as close as people think"
Belpre still has defense in the paint with Loyland, Sims and Azar. Though not shot blockers like Phalzgraf, I think these kids will "Git er done".
Belpre's home court advantage will prove to be the difference Friday night.

The 6th man has been nearly non existant in some of the games I have been to...they need to step it up and get some more kids there. The last game I was at they only had like 5 rows of kids...
I agree losing Pfalzgraf is going to hurt big...the guards are going to HAVE to play better and less aggressive defense to keep Alex's guards in front of them..
